Our Programs

Infants Class(Ratio 2:9)

Children 6 weeks to 12 months old. Our infant program allows the babies to benefit from a wide variety of sensory and motor experiences in a nurturing setting. The playroom lets infants interact with one another with stimulating toys, mirrors to observe and learn more about themselves, and exposure to many textures and sounds.

Toddler Class (Ratio 2:11)

Toddlers, who are 12-23 months by September 1. Through social interaction and exploration, the children will continue to develop communication and language skills along with large and fine motor coordination. The children learn about sharing, playing with others and taking turns.

Twos Class (Ratio 2:12)

Children must be 2 years old by September 1. Our two’s program encourages the first steps toward independence and the importance of working together. With this age group we work to develop communication and language skills. Potty training is also encouraged and worked on in our two’s program.

Threes Class (Ratio 2:14)

Children must be 3 years old by September 1 (children must be potty trained). Our Three’s program will help children master the essential skills they need to develop a positive self-image and exhibit continued emotional, social and academic growth. At this level, children become engaged learners and we utilize circle time to explore. Three-year-olds are introduced to numbers and counting, as well as language and literacy.

Pre-Kindergarten Class (Ratio 2:16)

Children must be 4 years old by September 1 Pre-Kindergarten is an exciting time, filled with personal growth, curiosity and independence. We harness and define children’s longer attention spans by adding appropriate structure to their day. Each class will participate in small group time and focus on the key components: creative representation, language and literacy, number, counting and social/ emotional development.
The children will gain letter and sound recognition for each alphabet letter. Children will become better problem solvers through hands on experiences. It is our goal to have our Pre-K students prepared for kindergarten.

Special Programming

Our program offers several special activities throughout the week. All age groups will attend an in person music session, Havdalah, and Shabbat Celebration each week in the social hall. They will celebrate Shabbat in class eating challah, drinking grape juice, and blessing the candles in their classrooms. Throughout the year, the children participate in special Jewish holiday celebrations.
